It’s no secret that reality guru Kourtney Kardashian has a rockin’ body. Kardashian recently revealed that her breakfast of choice is steel cut oats, which she eats every morning. This breakfast is a low calorie, healthy choice to start your day. It is also simple to make!
One serving:
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1/4 cup of steel cut oats
- 2 tablespoons of Bob’s Red Mill ground flaxseed meal
- 1 teaspoon of Manuka honey (which has health benefits as well as adding some sweetness)
Mix everything together on medium heat and stir until it comes to a low boil. Then simmer and leave it for about 20 minutes.
Garnish with fruit or nuts
