Sunday evening, millions across the country watched as Emily Maynard chose Jef Holm. Jef with one “f” and Em got engaged in Curacao back in May. The lucky girl was given a whopping $150,000 Neil Lane ring, the franchise’s most expensive ring. There have been several reports that Emily has wanted a spin-off show with fiance Jef, but according to WetPaint, that is not the case. “My thoughts on that are pretty clear. I have no interest in ever doing any spin-off show or anything like that,” Emily told reporters on Tuesday (via Zap2it). “I have been looking forward to the day when I get to go back to normal and not have to worry about the cameras. And Jef and I can just be two people who fell in love on a show and leave all that behind us … One thing I’ve learned is never say never, but I also think a wedding is a private thing. It’s one of those things we’d just have to talk about when the time came.” Emily and Jef hope to have their wedding day “personal and private.”
