Does Summer Make Your Happier?

Happy summer!  The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and you feel… happy!  The mood boost caused by summertime is the increase of vitamin D.  Vitamin D provides more dopamine and serotonin in the brain, thus releasing happy chemicals.  So get out in the sun and get happy!  But first remember to apply sunscreen.
