This Thanksgiving, Bake with Bananas

If you love to bake, you’ve probably heard that baking with bananas is a healthier option instead of using oil.  #Score!  Sure, oil can make a recipe moister, but oil can be a ton of fat and calories.  Using a banana instead of oil will still taste great in some recipes.

When doing this, opt for cakes with fruity flavors such as a carrot cake.  If you are baking a white or lemon cake, your cake will taste too much like banana if you use bananas as a substitute.
