Since gyms are closed, we have to be creative with our workouts. Many of us don’t have traditional weights at our houses, but there are many house-hold items you can use to get bikini ready.

Instead of dumbbells you can use…

  • soup cans
  • full water bottles
  • packets of rice and beans
  • paint cans
  • books
  • ankle weights
  • bag of apples or onions
