- 3 packages of lady fingers
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for cake)
- 1/4 cup white creme de cocoa
- mini morsels (to taste)
- 2 1/2 lbs ricotta
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
Whipped Cream:
Mix heavy whipping cream w/ as much powdered sugar as needed to make whipped cream sweet and have a “whipped cream” consistency
Cake:
Mix ricotta with powdered sugar, white creme de cocoa and mini morsels.
Line bottom of 13 x 9 pan with lady fingers. Put layer of ricotta mixture on top of it. Layer with more lady fingers. Add another layer of the ricotta mixture. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate, cherries or sprinkles!
